Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately removed from our servers.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your SchoolTracify account, the following data is permanently erased:
- Account profile (name, phone number, email)
- Login credentials (Firebase Authentication account)
- Assigned routes and driver/school links
- Trip history and location data
- Children's information (for parent accounts)
- Notification preferences and settings
Note: Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot identify you may be retained for service improvement purposes.
Method 1 — In-App (Instant)
Delete via the SchoolTracify App
The fastest way to delete your account. Follow the steps for your role:
School Admin
- Open the SchoolTracify app
- Tap Settings
- Tap Privacy & Security
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Driver
- Open the SchoolTracify app
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Parent
- Open the SchoolTracify app
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Method 2 — Email Request (within 7 days)
Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, email us with your deletion request:

Include: Your registered phone number or email address, and your School Code (if applicable)
